One of my favorite commercials growing up was the Sock ‘Em Bop ‘Em inflatable punch gloves. The commercial just showed two kids with these oversized balloon-like gloves harmlessly wailing on each other. I day dreamed about putting on a pair to pound on my bully of a big sister. That commercial definitely capitalized on some pent-up frustration (emotion).

My mother never bought them because she didn’t condone any sort of violence…but that didn’t stop me day dreaming.
